Peter Ndoro – Conference MC is a well-known Radio & Television Presenter in South Africa with more two decades of experience as a broadcaster, both in television and radio. He is a familiar face and voice in Africa. He has just returned from a three year stint as a news anchor/producer at the BBC World Service in London. There he specialised in Pan-African news and current affairs. Other appointments in the past saw him producing and presenting business programmes for CNBC Africa where he was also the Director for Corporate Communications.

He also spent some years at SABC Africa presenting their flagship breakfast news programme. Other assignments include work at the business channel Summit TV as a prime-time Business News Anchor and as a Presenter on the Pay TV channel, M-Net. Peter Ndoro is a trained accountant and now runs his own Television production company. Peter Ndoro has produced many TV series for both the national broadcaster SABC and the Pay Television channel M-Net and he has just finished co-producing a 26 part children’s drama series called ‘Soul Budyz’.

Peter Ndoro is a TV Presenter with the pay channel M-Net and is also the presenter and producer of a weekly social responsibility programme called ‘M-Net Cares’. This is one of M-Net’s longest running television programs. Peter Ndoro has been with the channel for 10 years.

Peter Ndoro is also very involved with Summit TV a business channel on the DSTV Bouquet (Channel 55). There, Peter Ndoro is a news anchor every Thursday and Friday nights as well as hosting a weekly programme on Business and the Arts.

Peter Ndoro is also a Radio Talk show host on the popular station Radio 702. He has been with the station for three years. Previous radio stations include Highveld Stereo and SAfm.

Peter Ndoro has acted as a master of ceremonies on numerous national events including Awards functions for former president Nelson Mandela. Other private functions Peter has hosted include Government Ministers Ambassadors, Bill Gates, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Quincy Jones visits to South Africa and also work for Former US President Jimmy Carter.

Peter Ndoro has more than 10 years experience in this field and has officiated at more than 100 functions in that time. Peter Ndoro is adept at dealing with all types of functions and audiences from the very informal to state occasions.

Peter Ndoro is currently a current affairs anchor/producer for the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC). He is the Business and Economics anchor on the Daily breakfast news programme ‘Morning Live’. He has also been involved in other special live broadcast such as The TNA/SABC News Business Breakfasts with the country’s leaders including President Zuma

Peter Ndoro – Conference MC trained as an accountant at Coopers & Lybrand and graduated from the University of South Africa with a degree in Accounting. Prior to entering the broadcast arena, he worked in accounting, advertising, marketing and business management. He has also managed his own television and video production company.

With his understanding of current affairs, particularly pan-African issues, and knowledge of business affairs he has become a sought after Conference Facilitator, Master of Ceremonies and Programme Director both in South Africa and abroad
