I am heading to my first meeting tomorrow – any advice?
Breathe deeply to centre yourself. Imagine looking everyone in the eye. Make a commitment to turn up your listening skills. Be present in the moment and that will tell you what to do next.

How do you handle feelings of envy when other men’s careers are advancing faster than you?
Comparisons often don’t erve us… I have to remind myself to shift from a scarcity mind set to an abundant one. There is enough for all of us. Try to turn this into a learning opportunity. Try not to take things personally. Find ways of expressing gratitude. Follow CSI on Twitter

Here is a story that talks to all these questions:

A man is wandering around New York looking for the famous music concert venue, Carnegie Hall. He asks directions but no-one seems to be able to tell him where it is. Eventually he sees an elderly woman with grey hair, busking. She is playing a cello and he concludes she must surely know how to get to the place. So he asks. “Excuse me, Ma’am, can you please tell me how to get to Carnegie Hall?” The woman stops playing for a moment, shakes her white hair and looks him in the eye. She answers, “Young man, Practise, practise, practise.”
