Stephen Asbury – Strategy Leadership has 25 years experience consulting to business leaders in South and southern Africa. He specialises in shaping and directing complex strategic change and business transformation programs for measurable and sustained impact. His particular interests are effective leadership, management capability and strategy execution.

Stephen was formerly CEO of Gemini Consulting, having opened its South African office in 1991. Gemini built a track record as a leading international business transformation consulting firm, and developed a reputation in South Africa for delivering real, implemented results through people.

Prior to joining Gemini, Stephen was a partner at Deloitte and a director of Deloitte Consulting. He initially spent nine years in project management and general management with Grinaker Construction and Deutsche Babcock.

Stephen has a BSc Engineering from UKZN, and an MBA from Wits Business School.
