Charlie Masala holds a National Diploma in Human Resources (Tshwane University of Technology), a Labour Relations Management Specialist Certificate (IPM), Leading Change Programme (University of Michigan Business School) and Management Development Programme (University of Pretoria). Charlie’s career started at CSIR and thereafter, he worked at the Office of The Auditor General SA, the Integrated Labor Solutions Pty and ended up as Human Resources & Development Manager at African Bank Limited.

Charlie Masala is the Founder and Managing Director of ZOE Business Consulting and has been recently appointed National Director of the MIBF in 2007 by Dr Kenneth C Ulmer. Charlie Masala has recently been appointed President of EDN-AFRICA (Entrepreneurship Development Network) by the President of EDN-USA Mr Jerome Edmondson.
