The Laughter Factory

Barry Hilton has devised an exciting new motivational team-building concept for companies. The “Laughter Factory” shows companies how to bring more laughter into their daily business and professional life, and how success comes with laughter. The concept is based on people’s natural ability and their innate gift of humour.   Although everyone possesses this inherent humour, most people don’t really use it enough as they have not been conditioned to be funny.  Through The Laughter Factory, Barry shares and introduces the gift of laughter as a simple life skill.  Companies and individuals will benefit greatly from the team building workshop which is conducted as follows:

Part 1:  Inspirational Talk
Barry
delivers an insightful and inspirational talk, using personal anecdotes, that covers his path of success from an unknown artist to becoming a highly acclaimed comedian. He then introduces the life skills required to achieve personal success. The basics of five jokes and how they can be used to enhance life are explored.

Part 2:  Application
This is a fun, spontaneous and always hilarious practical session where the group is divided into teams. With Barry's guidance and input, each team compiles a comedy sequence.

Part 3: Delivery
In the final session a representative(s) from each group delivers a unique stand-up routine.
